Dashboard for NFT assets with advanced features

The financialization of NFT assets seems to be growing and I think it might be interesting to offer a more advanced dashboard that can provide greater detail with a focus of financial assets on the NFT side of things. For instance the leasing or lending of assets in NFT format or perhaps an overview of total loans, or insurances purchased, or NFT assets that provide some sort of yield:

– NFT collateralized loans, provide information on loan activity

– NFT insurance, could perhaps help determine market sentiment

– Leasing overview/analytics: which enables owners of Non-Fungible Tokens to lease out their
assets to other users.

– Lending overview/analytics: which gives the ability to holders of Non-Fungible Tokens to get
access to liquidity by locking their assets as collateral for loans.

I like the idea of adopting NFT’s for say, our app tier model, but, I feel like going this deep with NFT’s would be entering a whole different ballpark. It also feels like this would be quite smart contract-heavy. Maybe down the road, this is something we could come back to? Just my thoughts.

How about issuing initial commemorative NFTs to users of different tiers. Could spark a little collectors community and add an incentive to buy some KEK to earn the NFTs. Another idea would be to stake KEK in a similar manner to DontBuyMeme in which staking yields unique tokens that can be used to mint limited quantities of beautiful NFTs.

The art side of it can be easily out sourced but something pretty and shiny could prove to be a pretty bring incentive for many even if they won’t be using the data and bots.

A dashboard simply to view all your NFTs through one hub would be pretty useful too. The only other platforms that shows your NFT to the fullest extent are NFT marketplaces and the occasional NFT social media 3box. It will be useful for collectors and users alike to have a quick access to all their NFTs through this hub
